Vietnoms started slinging flavor bombs in December 2017 at SoFA Market, downtown San Jose. We hit round two in June 2021 with our spot at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara. So what’s Vietnoms? We’re here to bring bold, real-deal Vietnamese food to the masses. San Jose has the biggest Vietnamese community in the U.S., but the best eats are usually tucked away in hidden gems. We’re changing that. Yeah, you’ve had Pho. Maybe even Banh Mi. But have you tasted Bun Thit Nuong or Com Tam? No? You’re missing out — and we’re here to fix that. Vietnoms is all about authentic Vietnamese flavors, delivered in a modern, fast-casual way. We’ve updated the experience, not the taste. Craving something new? We’re mixing in a few fusion twists, but at our core, it’s all heart and heritage. No shortcuts. Just seriously good Vietnamese food. We cater too. From build-your-own-bowl buffets to small bites and pre-made bowls, we’ve got your event covered. Delivery, setup, takedown — we handle it.
